About PDF to Markdown
Headings are detected from type that is set noticeably larger than the body text, lists from their bullets and numbers, and paragraphs are rejoined across line breaks (including words broken by a hyphen).
It is a good starting point for a blog post, a README or a document you want to keep editing - but it is inference, not magic: tables come out as lines of text, and images are not carried over.
