These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dubinity (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1 · Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2 · Account & access
Most of the Site is freely accessible without an account. Editorial access (publishing offers, jobs, news etc.) is restricted to authorised administrators. If you have admin credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3 · Content on the Site
Content published on Dubinity is provided for general information only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that every piece of information is current, complete or error-free.
- Offers are subject to the issuing brand's terms; always confirm the final price and conditions at point of redemption.
- Jobs are listed in good faith from public sources or employer submissions; verify with the employer before applying.
- News headlines aggregated from third-party publishers link to the original article - we are not the publisher.
- Weather and flights data is provided live by external APIs and may be delayed or unavailable; do not use for safety-critical decisions.
4 · AI features and uploaded documents
The AI Career Centre and the AI Travel Assistant let you upload documents and exchange messages with an AI system. This section governs that use. How the data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, section 2.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights in the documents you upload and the text you submit. You grant us only the licence we need to run the feature: to store your file, extract text from it, transmit that text to our AI provider to generate a response, and show the result back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content. We do not use your documents to train models, sell them, or share them with recruiters, employers or advertisers.
What you may upload
- Only documents you own or are authorised to share. Do not upload someone else's CV without their agreement.
- Only what the feature needs. A CV does not require a passport number, an Emirates ID number or a date of birth - please remove them first.
- Nothing unlawful, malicious, or containing a third party's confidential information.
AI output is not advice
Responses, generated CVs, cover letters, interview questions, salary estimates and travel guidance are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are not career, legal, financial, immigration or travel advice. You are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on or send to a third party. See the Disclaimer.
Fair use
AI features are rate-limited per visitor and per signed-in user because each request has a real cost. Do not attempt to circumvent those limits, automate access, or resell the output as a service. We may suspend access that degrades the feature for others.
Availability
AI features depend on a third-party provider and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time. They are provided free of charge and without any service-level commitment.
5 · Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, mirror or otherwise extract content in bulk.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Site or its underlying systems.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or harmful.
- Use the Site to spam, phish or distribute malware.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its accounts.
6 · Intellectual property
All original content on the Site - articles, guides, images, code and design - is the property of Dubinity or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual-property laws.
You may share a link to a Dubinity page on social media or in email, provided the link includes proper attribution. You may not copy entire articles or images without our written permission.
Third-party trademarks, logos and brand names appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7 · Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (publisher articles, partner stores, booking pages, social networks). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or accuracy. Visiting them is at your own risk.
8 · Advertising & affiliate disclosure
We may display advertising on the Site (including via Google AdSense) and earn affiliate commissions when you click partner-deal links and complete qualifying purchases. Affiliate links are clearly labelled sponsored. Advertising and affiliate income never influence editorial coverage.
9 · Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
10 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11 · Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dubinity, its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
12 · Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice if you breach these Terms or if continued access would expose us or other users to legal or security risk.
13 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
