About XML Formatter
Indents XML, RSS feeds, sitemaps, SVG and configuration files, or squeezes them onto one line.
Before formatting it checks the document the way a parser would: unclosed or mismatched tags, unquoted or duplicate attributes, a bare & in text, more than one root element. Errors come with a line, a column and a code frame.
Mixed content and elements marked xml:space="preserve" are left exactly as written, because whitespace there is data.
