Developer & Web
Look up a domain's registrar, registration and expiry dates, status codes and nameservers through RDAP.
The domain you enter is looked up in public registry data. How privacy works
Shows who a domain is registered through, when it was registered and when it expires, the registry status codes that say whether it is locked or on hold, its nameservers, its DNSSEC state and the abuse contact - with the raw record underneath if you want it.
It uses RDAP, the structured successor to WHOIS, via rdap.org. Two limits are worth knowing before you start: most registries redact the owner's name and email under GDPR and similar rules, and a number of country registries publish no RDAP service at all, in which case you get an honest "no record" instead of a made-up one.
IP addresses work too, and return the network they belong to.
