About Ringtone maker
Pick the moment it should start and how long it should run - up to 40 seconds, which is the iPhone's limit - and add fades so it does not begin and end on a cut.
An .m4r still has to be put on the iPhone through a computer or GarageBand: Apple gives no way to set a ringtone from a file you download on the phone. On Android the MP3 can usually be saved straight into the ringtones folder.
