About Resize video
Standard sizes set the shorter side, so a portrait clip becomes 720 x 1280 rather than a sliver. For an exact size you can choose what happens when the shape does not match: fit inside it, add bars, fill and crop, or stretch. The result is H.264 in an MP4, which plays everywhere.
