Cut out part of a video
Remove a section from the middle of a video and join the rest back together.
Video Tools
Cut a video down to the part you want, without uploading it anywhere.
Your files and text are processed on your own device, inside this page. Nothing is uploaded to Dubinity or stored, and closing the tab discards it. How privacy works
Set a start and an end and keep what is between them. The fast setting copies the video exactly as it is, so nothing is re-encoded and no quality is lost - the trade is that it can only start at the nearest keyframe, which may be a second or two before the time you asked for. The exact setting re-encodes to MP4 and starts on the frame you chose.
The whole thing runs in this tab: your video is read on your device and never sent to a server.

Remove a section from the middle of a video and join the rest back together.
Put several clips together into one video, in the order you choose.
Re-encode a clip to H.264 MP4 with sensible defaults, so it plays anywhere at a fraction of the size.
Speed a video up or slow it down, from a quarter speed to four times.
Swap a clip between MP4, WebM and MOV, or strip the audio track out as MP3 or WAV.
Turn a clip into an animated GIF using two-pass palette generation, which keeps colours sharp and avoids banding.
