Video metadata viewer
See exactly what is inside a video: codecs, size, frame rate, tracks, and the tags that identify it.
Video Tools
Strip the location, date, device and other tags a phone writes into a video.
Your files and text are processed on your own device, inside this page. Nothing is uploaded to Dubinity or stored, and closing the tab discards it. How privacy works
Tags, chapters and separate data tracks - the GPS track a camera adds, for instance - are removed, while the picture and sound are copied untouched. Nothing is re-encoded, so the file looks exactly as it did and the rotation still plays the right way up.
This removes metadata, not what is visible: a street sign in the picture stays in the picture.

See exactly what is inside a video: codecs, size, frame rate, tracks, and the tags that identify it.
Strip ID3 and similar tags - title, artist, comment, date, software - without re-encoding.
Re-encode a clip to H.264 MP4 with sensible defaults, so it plays anywhere at a fraction of the size.
Swap a clip between MP4, WebM and MOV, or strip the audio track out as MP3 or WAV.
Turn a clip into an animated GIF using two-pass palette generation, which keeps colours sharp and avoids banding.
Cut a video down to the part you want, without uploading it anywhere.
