About Email Signature Generator
Fill in your name, role, company and contact details, choose a layout, colour and typeface, and copy the finished signature. "Copy signature" puts the formatted version on the clipboard, so pasting into Gmail's or Outlook's signature box keeps the layout; "Copy HTML" gives you the markup for clients that ask for it.
The signature is a plain table with inline styles, because mail clients strip stylesheets and classes. Every field is escaped and links are limited to http(s), mailto and tel, so nothing unexpected travels with your email. A hosted https image shows everywhere; an embedded image is convenient but Outlook on Windows often blocks it, and the tool says so.
How to use it

- 4Press Copy signature and paste it into your mail client's signature settings.
