About Add Page Numbers to PDF

Numbers are placed on the page as it is displayed, so a page stored sideways still gets its number along the bottom edge you actually read, and inside the visible crop box rather than off the edge.

Formats include plain numbers, "Page 3 of 12", book-style outer corners that swap sides on odd and even pages, and Arabic (صفحة 3).

How to use it

  1. 1Add the PDF.
  2. 2Choose the position and the format, such as "Page 1 of 10".
  3. 3Set the first number, and the pages to number if you want to skip a cover.
  4. 4Download the numbered PDF.
