POWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.
Job Purpose
The Store Keeper is responsible for the receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse operations in support of Powertech’s operational and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
To do the necessary booking for the inbound, outbound and on plan transactions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials in accordance with specifications and HSE standards.
To avoid overstock in the same location and maintain a safety environment inside the warehouse
To ensure data entry is maintain on a quality and timely manner.
To support all the end to end processes within the Warehousing and logistics, inbound, inspection, receiving, put away, picking, issuance, shipment preparation and system booking and reporting.
To ensure stock monitoring and physical count management.
Issue materials based on approved material requests and maintain accurate transaction records.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the SAP or warehouse management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete materials.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material availability.
Support audits by providing inventory data and documentation when required.
Comply with company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or high school certificate (technical or logistics background preferred).
2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or power sector environments.
Experience using SAP or inventory management systems.
Skills & Competencies
Strong inventory control and documentation skills
Fluency in oral/written English essential.
Advance computer literacy (SAP, MS Excel)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
Team-oriented with good communication skills
