A sovereign wealth fund in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Senior IT Business Analyst to own the hands-on delivery of its Oracle ERP and enterprise business applications.
This is a doer's role, not a governance one. You'll be deep in the system — requirements, configuration, process design, and UAT working under the Senior Manager of Digital Transformation to turn business needs into working solutions across finance, procurement, and corporate functions.
What you'll do:
Gather and translate business requirements into ERP and solution designs
Configure modules and own how the application behaves
Design and re-engineer business processes (process maps, blueprints)
Lead UAT - test plans, defect tracking, business sign-off
Be the functional bridge between business users and the tech team
What you'll bring:
7–10 years as a hands-on IT / business applications analyst
Real ERP experience - config and UAT, not just oversight
Background in financial services, investment, banking, or government
Strong requirements, process, and stakeholder skills
We do not consider candidates with PMO experience.
