The Opportunity

We are looking for driven, client-focused Real Estate Brokers who speak Arabic, Russian, or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) to join the Maison 71 team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your language skills and cultural fluency to build meaningful relationships with high-net-worth international buyers, investors, and renters.

What You'll Do

- Source, advise, and guide clients through the full property buying, selling, and leasing process

- Build and manage a personal portfolio of Arabic, Russian, and/or Chinese-speaking clients

- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion

- Collaborate with the Maison 71 team on listings, marketing, and client events

- Stay current on local market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities

- Represent Maison 71's brand with the highest standards of integrity and service

What We're Looking For

- Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one)

- Fluency in English plus Arabic, Russian, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese

- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building trust with international clients

- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to succeed

- Prior real estate experience is an asset, but exceptional salespeople from other fields are welcome

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse client expectations and communication styles
