Do you have strong relationships with government authorities and the ability to handle all PRO-related activities efficiently?
Do you have prior experience working in the UAE Real Estate industry and a strong understanding of industry-specific regulatory and licensing requirements?
If you are fluent in Arabic and can communicate effectively in Hindi and Urdu, we invite you to join our client's team as a Government Relations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all government-related transactions and approvals.
Handle visa processing, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, and immigration matters.
Liaise with government authorities, ministries, municipalities, and regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and company licensing requirements.
Manage company trade licenses, permit renewals, and regulatory documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with government departments and external stakeholders.
Monitor changes in government regulations and advise management accordingly.
Coordinate with HR regarding employee on-boarding, visa renewals, and labor contracts.
Represent the company in meetings with government agencies when required.
Ensure timely completion of all government-related documentation and approvals.
Lead and supervise PRO and Government Relations staff.
Prepare reports and updates for management on government affairs and compliance matters.
Coordinate with Real Estate regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and licensing requirements.
Required Education / Qualification / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE Government Relations / PRO experience.
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry in the UAE is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and government regulations.
Experience dealing with Real Estate regulatory authorities and property-related licensing requirements will be an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – Mandatory.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience dealing with MOHRE, RDC, Immigration, Municipality, Economic Department, and other UAE government entities.
UAE Driving License preferred.
Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month
