We’re building Noon Business, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with better control. Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine applied to enterprise procurement.

As Operations Executive you will be responsible for executing the end-to-end operations of the B2B marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of fulfillment, last mile logistics and customer experience, and will play a critical role in ensuring the platform can scale reliably and profitably.
This is a hands-on, builder role with high ownership and direct impact on customer satisfaction and unit economics.
Build and own end-to-end operational workflows across order lifecycle: order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, returns, and after-sales.
Design operational processes for B2B-specific use cases such as bulk orders, RFQs, split deliveries, partial fulfillment, and credit customers.
Work closely with Product, Logistics, Finance, and Seller teams to translate business requirements into scalable operations.
Define and track core operational KPIs (OTIF, fill rates, cancellations, return rates, SLA adherence)
Identify bottlenecks, failure points, and cost leakages, and drive continuous improvement
Contribute actively to business decisions by grounding strategy in operational realities.
What You'll Need?
2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain of a marketplace businesses
Experience in handling complex order flows (B2B, enterprise, or large-scale ecommerce preferred)
Strong understanding of operational KPIs and cost structures
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a strong sense of ownership.
