Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Influencer Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Junior Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding influencers, managing influencer campaigns, fostering relationships with creators, and tracking campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include brainstorming content ideas, coordinating with internal teams, and staying informed about the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

Must be an Arabic Speaker

• Proficiency in Influencer Management, Content Collaboration, and Campaign Execution

• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building

• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights

• Familiarity with TikTok trends and a passion for digital marketing

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus but not required
