Provide first-line technical support to users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
Manage user accounts, email access, and system permissions
Support hospital systems and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Qualifications
Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field
Required Skills
Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Healthcare experience is an advantage
