Job Scope
The role involves maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems to suppourt organizational HR and business needs through system configuration, data management, process improvements, and technical support. Key responsibilities include ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and user accessibility, while configuring & customizing HRIS modules to align with business strategies. The role also covers troubleshooting issues, implementing updates in collaboration with IT and vendors, managing secure employee data, generating HR reports, streamlining processes, providing technical support, conducting user training, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining system security through role and permission management. Exposure to SAP HRIS or similar system is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, configure, and optimize the HRIS system to support HR operations and business requirements.
Manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Configure and customize HRIS modules, workflows, forms, approvals, and system processes in line with business needs.
Provide system support to HR users, employees, and managers, including troubleshooting, access issues, and process guidance.
Coordinate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve system issues, implement enhancements, and support system updates.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support decision-making, audits, and HR operations.
Review and improve HR processes by identifying system gaps, automation opportunities, and workflow improvements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights to ensure proper system security and confidentiality.
Support HRIS implementation, integration, testing, and system upgrade activities when required.
Provide training and guidance to end users on HRIS processes, system navigation, and best practices.
Ensure HRIS processes and data handling are aligned with company policies, labor law requirements, and internal compliance standards.
Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, process flows, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Achievement: Proven track record in SAP system integration and implementation is a plus.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or IT.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HRIS System, with proficiency in tools used for system configuration, customization & workflow management. Exposure to SAP HCM or similar module is a plus.
* Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
