Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist technicians and supervisors in carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Fire & Life Safety, and other building services. The role involves supporting maintenance operations, handling materials, maintaining housekeeping, and ensuring safe execution of works within facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians during maintenance and repair activities.

• Carry tools, materials, equipment, and spare parts to work locations.

• Support cleaning, housekeeping, and preparation of work areas.

• Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials.

• Help in basic maintenance activities under supervision.

• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and service areas.
  

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field.

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling activities.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety requirements.
