Financial Accounting & Reporting
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting of all transactions.
Perform monthly closing of accounts, including reconciliations and adjustments.
Prepare monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Provide financial insights and variance analysis to management.
Monitor operational costs and identify areas for financial efficiency.
B. Billing & Revenue Management
Prepare and issue complex invoices using Zoho systems.
Ensure billing accuracy based on project records, contracts, and operational reports.
Monitor receivables and coordinate with management for timely collections.
C. Payables & Supplier Management
Manage vendor invoices, approvals, and payments.
Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
D. VAT & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Tax (CT) regulations.
Prepare VAT / CT schedules and support VAT / CT return filings.
Maintain proper documentation for VAT / CT audits
E. Financial Systems & Process Improvement
Manage financial workflows using Zoho Books and Zoho Projects.
Ensure correct project costing, billing integration, and reporting.
Improve internal finance processes where needed.
F. Audit & Financial Governance
Prepare financial schedules and documentation for external auditors.
Ensure financial records comply with IFRS standards.
Support audit queries and maintain internal financial controls.
G. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
➢ Financial Reporting
Monthly financial closing completed within 5–7 working days of month-end.
Accuracy of financial reports with minimal audit adjustments.
➢ Invoicing & Revenue
100% accuracy in invoicing and billing documentation.
Client invoices issued within a reasonable period of time-of-service completion or project milestone.
➢ Accounts Receivable
Regular follow-up and reporting on overdue receivables.
➢ VAT Compliance
Zero penalties or compliance issues related to VAT / CT filings.
VAT documentation properly maintained for audits.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
