Job Summary
The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing manpower, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety, quality, and project schedules. The role requires strong leadership and site coordination skills, particularly in construction and steel structure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Site Operations
• Supervise daily construction and installation activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor manpower productivity and resource utilization.
• Allocate tasks and provide guidance to site teams.
Progress Monitoring
• Monitor daily work progress and report site activities.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
• Identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress records.
Quality Control
• Ensure all works comply with project quality standards.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
• Verify materials and workmanship before execution.
• Assist in closing NCRs and site observations.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor the use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Report unsafe conditions and incidents immediately.
Coordination
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements to site teams.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues effectively.
Documentation
• Maintain site records, attendance, and work reports.
• Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate WIRs, MIRs, and inspection requests where applicable.
RequirementsEducation
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 4–8 years of site supervision experience.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Experience in Steel Structure, Fabrication, Erection, Construction, or Industrial Projects preferred.
Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read construction and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of site safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in steel structure erection and fabrication projects.
• Ability to handle multiple subcontractors and work fronts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
