About the scores

An estimate from Dubinity's own checks — keyword overlap, section coverage, contact details, and length. Employers' systems differ, so treat it as a guide rather than a verdict.

The review and the job match are computed on Dubinity's own server from your resume and the advert you paste. They do not use an AI model, which is why they are instant, free, and give the same answer twice for the same input.

Your resume and your data

Where an uploaded file goes
The file is uploaded to Dubinity's storage and the text is extracted from it on the server. Both the file and the extracted text are kept against your account so you can come back to them. This is not on-device processing, and the workspace does not claim it is.
What reaches the AI provider
When you ask the assistant something that needs your resume, the extracted text is sent to Anthropic's API as part of the request — never the original file. The resume review and the job match do not use an AI model at all, so nothing leaves Dubinity for those.
How long it is kept
Until you delete it. There is a delete action on every resume, letter and application, and it removes the stored file as well as the row.
